For this patient, a full upper denture that snaps onto 4 implants was the right combination of stability and ease of maintenance. The colored circles inside the denture can be changed to customize the level of retention. Customized retention allows the removal of the acrylic that typically covers the roof of the mouth in a regular denture. Despite the patient’s arthritis, it can still be removed when wanted and cleaned.

One of the most challenging cosmetic cases is putting a single crown next to a natural tooth. The patient’s right from center tooth is a crown and it blends nicely with the rest of his natural smile.
